Policies
-Please be respectful of our neighbors! Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Please keep noise to a minimum and make sure the backyard patio lights are off. They are on a timer and should go off on their own, but in the event that they don't please unplug.
- Absolutely no smoking in the house.
- Events, parties and large gatherings considered with prior homeowner approval.
- Must be at least 25 years old to book.
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in.
-We recycle at RIPTIDE! Place glass, cans, plastic containers and paper in blue combined recycling bin.
- Guests must clean up after pets. Note: we do not provide poop bags.
-Upon departure RIPTIDE should be in similar condition to how you found it at Check-in.
